Attorney General Gonzalez must be dismissed for his role in the Justice Department’s firing of federal prosecutors and other abuses of power >> Gonzales’ indicates the new prosecutors’ review would include a "process" to tell them what they're doing wrong - but nothing that would impede dismissing them for any reason. This process wouldn’t measure how well a prosecutor does their job, but how loyal he or she is to the administration's agenda. Democracy does not work that way! Citizens’ Review Committee for the Saint Paul Public Schools, president and founder of Shir Tikvah Congregation, a synagogue . Benanav is a financial consultant, President of a nonprofit insurance company. He has worked as a deputy commissioner for the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, and as Senate Counsel for the Minnesota Senate.

Benanav is a graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, and St. John’s University School of Law in New York City. He has a wife, Lucy Kanson, and three children, Jesse, Sam, and David Kanson-Benanav.
