Metro Gang Strike Force Lawsuit




A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Metro Gang Strike Force (MGSF) alleging a number of constitutional and civil rights violations against innocent victims. Many of the people have been targeted and profiled on the basis of their national origin, race, and color of their skin.

Background:


It is alleged that the Strike Force engaged in a deliberate, repeated pattern and practice of using their apparent authority as police officers to extort cash and property from people coming in contact with the Strike Force.*MGSF Officers would often call the impound lot and ask if there were any iMexicansi there attempting to pick up vehicles. MGSF Officers would then show up at the impound lot, detain and search the individual, seize cash, the vehicle for forfeiture, or both; then, send the individual on his or her way without a receipt for the taken property.




MGSF Officers also engaged in the repeated practice of taking cash and personal property out of the homes of those on whom the police were serving a warrant, even though the cash or personal property was neither contraband nor evidence, nor listed in the warrant as items to be seized. MGSF Officers would then take the seized items without providing a receipt or inventory for the taken property. MGSF Officers also seized vehicles and property without providing individuals with due process and with proper notice, in their native language.

2. Affiant has been weeding with her WeedWacker, which was repaired by 7 Corners Hardware ie: Jeff and Sams Brown Bag is taken via Affiants Aspen Trash Hauling.






3. Today Sat 6Aug2011, Approx 11:03a.m. Affiant was weeding the Driveway and Slope, When some outraged Black Woman is screaming your on my property.



I'm calling the Police: a. Affiants weedwaker hit a rock, and the green thread has to be rewound.

5. Affiant checked the Tax Statement at 693 Surrey "DOES NOT SHOW THAT BRANDON MOORE 651-793-7496 OR HIS GIRLFRIEND are listed as owners of the property at 693 Surrey Ave.



Affiant by information and belief Brandon and Girl are not married but have a small boy and Macy the Pit Bull together.

THEREFORE: AFFIANT AS A MATTER OF RECORD MUST CHALLENGE: CALLED UGLY HOUSES ON BATES, Tom and Becky Bohlen, stated they were buying on Contract4Deed.






If in fact Contracts are not recorded or Homestead granted, then how can this Black Girl state and threaten Affiant with her property line? aWeed Pulling?
